## Choose MembershipWorks if

You have a website you're happy with, someone to keep it up, and you want the lowest published price.

- Your website is good and staffed, and you just need membership tools inside it.
- Price is the deciding factor and you're comfortable doing the setup.
- You want phone support.

You want the website built and hosted for you, and a directory where every member is a page AI can read.

- Your website is dated or nobody has time to keep it up.
- You want every member to be a real page on your domain with structured data, not a widget.
- You want a newsletter drafted from what's happening at your chamber.

**The short version:** Hiveway for Chambers is $299 a month, flat, month to month. (ChamberMaster starts at $3,900 a year, before a website) [About Hiveway for Chambers](https://hiveway.org/chambers)

MembershipWorks is honest, inexpensive software: published prices, no contract, no transaction fee of its own, and free phone and email support. It plugs into the website you already have, WordPress included, and it counts a business account once even when it has several contacts, which suits a chamber.

The trade is that you bring the website and run it yourselves. If your chamber's site is already in good shape and someone keeps it up, MembershipWorks may be all you need.

## The honest math.

MembershipWorks publishes plans by account count: free up to 50, then $35 a month up to 300 accounts, $59 up to 600, $95 up to 1,200, $145 up to 2,500, and higher tiers beyond. It says it takes no fee on payments; your gateway charges its own. A premium Mailchimp integration is $9 a month.

There's no website in the price, because it's designed to live inside the one you have.

Hiveway for Chambers is $299 a month ($3,588 a year), the same for a chamber of 80 members or 800, with the website, setup and the move off your old system included. If you want one of us doing the work with you every month (your newsletter, your pages, your events), that's $599 a month on top, and never required.

## We move you ourselves.

At no charge, from an export of MembershipWorks.

**One honest note** Hiveway is in its founding season. We're building it now with our first chamber, so it isn't something you can sign up for off the shelf today.
