## Questions, answered plainly.

### Is there a build fee for the new visitor website?

No. We rebuild your site in the first months as part of the monthly price.

### Do you charge for support, imports or event submissions?

No. Support by email, moving your listings and events, the public event form and the reports are all in the one price.

### Can our city pay with one annual invoice?

Yes. Month to month is the default, and we'll invoice once a year if that suits your city's budget better.

### What paperwork can you provide?

An insurance certificate and a W-9, and we'll work within your city's contract terms. Send them with your application and we'll read them before we talk.

### Is content writing included?

Drafts of the newsletter and event pages are. If you want one of us writing trip ideas and stories for you every month, that's the add-on above.
