Founding season: we're building Hiveway now with our first chamber, and taking applications from founding chambers and destinations. Apply here.
Hiveway for Chambers
Show Every Member Why They Joined
Hiveway runs your members, dues and directory, and shows every member why they joined. Members, dues, the directory, events, the newsletter and your website, in one place, for one flat monthly price.
The renewal problem
Members Can’t See What Their Dues Buy
Most chamber software is built for the office: invoices, reminders, a list of who's paid. Staff learn it and make it work. What it rarely does is show a member anything. A listing in a directory nobody browses, a logo in a rotation, a few posts a year.
So every renewal starts from zero, with a member asking what they got last year, and a director trying to remember.
Hiveway is built the other way around. The office work is simple, and every member gets something they can see: a real page of their own that people and AI can find, and events with member prices that show up on their invoice.
What’s included
Everything Your Office Does Every Week
And nothing it doesn't. Hiveway starts with the work chamber staff actually do, and adds more only when chambers ask for it.
Members and Dues
Every member business with its contacts and tier. Dues by card, ACH, or an invoice paid by check that you mark paid. Anniversary or calendar-year renewals, reminders before and after, and a grace period you set.
A Directory That Gets Found
Every member is a real page on your chamber's own domain, with their hours, photos and what they do. Members keep their own pages up to date, and you can approve changes first if you like.
Events and Tickets
Member and non-member prices, tables of 8 where the buyer names their guests later, and QR check-in from any phone. Every event is a page of its own, too.
The Newsletter
Drafted for you from what's happening at your chamber: new members, ribbon cuttings, upcoming events. You edit instead of starting from a blank page, and it sends from your own domain.
Your Website, Included
A WordPress website we build and host, edited the way most chamber staff already know. The directory and events come straight from Hiveway, so nothing is typed twice.
The Director's Screen
One screen you can read in a minute: who renews this month, who's past due, your retention and your revenue.
Your Money, Your Stripe
Dues and tickets go straight into your chamber's own Stripe account at Stripe's own rate. We never take a cut of a payment.
The directory, for AI
Every Member, Readable by AI
When someone asks an AI for a plumber in your town, it answers with businesses it can read. Most chamber directories hide their members in a search box on someone else's subdomain.
A member page in Hiveway is plain, complete and on your own domain: name, address, hours and what they do, with structured data underneath and a markdown twin beside it. Tiers change what a page carries, never whether it can be read.
That's a benefit you can put in the membership packet, and one a member can check for themselves by asking an AI about their own business.
Switching
We Move You Ourselves
Moving chamber software is the part everyone dreads, so we do it. From an export of your current system, we bring over:
- Every member business, its contacts and its tier
- Payment history and each member's renewal date
- Your directory, with every old link redirected to the member's new page
- Your website's pages, rebuilt and hosted
There's no fee for the move. It's part of the monthly price.
Planned after launch
What Comes Next, Said Plainly
Hiveway starts with what chamber staff do every week. These are planned after launch, not included today, and we'll build them with our founding chambers:
- A monthly note to every member showing what their dues bought them: page views, clicks to their website, events they came to.
- Committee and board pages, and volunteer hours.
- A clean member export any time, and accounting software sync.
The price
One Price for Every Chamber
No tiers, no per-member pricing, no setup fee, and no cut of your dues or tickets.

Questions, Answered Plainly
Do you take a cut of dues or ticket sales?
No. Payments go into your chamber's own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rate, and we add nothing on top, ever.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No to both. Hiveway is month to month. If it stops being worth it, you stop paying.
Does the price go up with the number of members?
No. Every chamber pays the same flat price, whether you have 80 members or 800.
What happens to our website?
Your website comes with Hiveway. We rebuild your pages on WordPress, host it, and redirect your old addresses so nothing breaks. Your staff edit pages the way they're used to.
Can members still pay by check?
Yes. Send an invoice, and when the check arrives, mark it paid. Card and ACH work too, and every payment lands in your own Stripe account.
What happens when a member doesn't renew?
They get reminders before and after the due date, then a grace period you choose (60 days unless you set another). If they still haven't paid, their page comes off the directory and its address points to their category, so nothing breaks. Renewing puts the same page back at the same address. Your member count shows paid members, with past due and lapsed shown apart.
Will moving cost us our directory's search rankings?
It shouldn't. We map every old directory link to the member's new page and redirect it, so the rankings your members built over the years follow them.
Who helps when we get stuck?
The two of us. Support is by email, answered by Jeff or Amara, the people who built it.
Can we start today?
Not off the shelf yet. We're building Hiveway now with our first chamber and taking applications from founding chambers. Apply, and we'll write back about timing and what moving over would look like for you.
