What It Doesn't Include

Add one of us, $599/month. One of the two of us doing the work with you every month: your newsletter, your pages, your events. The software price covers the platform, the website and our help by email; a person doing the work each month is a separate, optional line, month to month like everything else.

And to be clear about what Hiveway doesn't do today:

  • The monthly member note showing what dues bought: planned after launch, not included today.
  • Accounting software sync and a self-serve member export: planned after launch. Your Stripe account keeps every payment meanwhile.
  • Committee and board tools: planned, when chambers ask for them.
  • A printed directory or magazine.

Month to Month

There's no annual contract and no setup fee. You pay monthly, and you can stop at the end of any month. Your records are your organization's, never ours, and if you leave, we help you take them with you.

Questions, Answered Plainly

Is the price the same for a small chamber and a big one?

Yes. Every chamber pays the same flat price, whatever its size. We don't count members, contacts or staff logins.

Are there any fees on top?

Not from us. Card and ACH payments carry Stripe's own processing fee, paid to Stripe, and we add nothing to it.

Is the website really included?

Yes. We build your WordPress website, host it and keep it running. The directory and events on it come from Hiveway.

Do you charge to move us off our current software?

No. We move your members, contacts, payment history and renewal dates ourselves, and redirect your old directory links, as part of the monthly price.

Can we pay for a year up front?

Month to month is how it works for chambers. If your board needs an annual invoice for its budget, say so on your application and we'll sort it out.
