ComparePricing, explained
GrowthZone pricing, explained.
GrowthZone sells three association management systems (ChamberMaster for chambers, GrowthZone AMS for membership organizations, and MemberSuite for larger associations) plus a row of add-ons. None of them has a price on GrowthZone's pricing page; each one asks for a demo or a custom quote.
GrowthZone does state one number itself, on its blog: "Subscriptions start at $3,900 annually." Everything below builds out from there, with each source named.
What each line costs.
ChamberMaster
Quote only; listed from $3,900 a year
GrowthZone's chamber edition: members, the directory, dues, events and email.
GrowthZone AMS
Quote only; GrowthZone says from $3,900 a year
For membership-based organizations, with built-in marketing automation and a sales funnel tool.
MemberSuite AMS
Quote only
For mid to upper market associations; GrowthZone says its modules come without additional licensing fees.
GZ CMS (website)
Quote only
A drag-and-drop website editor with templates.
GZ Pay (payments)
Rates not published
Integrated payments for dues, tickets and sponsors, matched to invoices.
GZ Community, GZ Learn, AI Newsletters
Quote only
An online community, a learning platform, and newsletters powered by rasa.io.
Onboarding
Quote only; rivals estimate $1,000 to $1,500
Setup and training; the estimate comes from WildApricot and MembershipWorks, both rival vendors.

What it comes to.
Subscription from $3,900 (GrowthZone's own figure) + onboarding about $1,000 to $1,500 (rival vendors' estimate) = about $4,900 to $5,400 with your existing website. Add GZ CMS or a new design (a rival claims $3,500) and AI Newsletters by quote: plausibly $8,000 or more.
Not published. GrowthZone's buyer's workbook tells chambers to ask about per-user charges and per-member surcharges, so a larger chamber should expect a quote at or above the 150-member figure, before add-ons.
Hiveway for Chambers, for comparison: $299 a month, $3,588 a year, at any size. The website, setup and the move off your old system are included; there's no setup fee and no contract. One of us doing the work with you is $599 a month on top, if you want it.
What to watch for.
GrowthZone is a full-featured platform with a lot of depth, and the base subscription is in line with the market. What adds up is the menu: website, payments, newsletters, community and learning are each their own quote, on top of onboarding.
If your chamber uses a few of those things every week, Hiveway for Chambers is $299 a month with the website included and no contract.
- The $3,900 is a starting subscription. The website (GZ CMS), payments (GZ Pay), AI Newsletters, Community and Learn are separate.
- Onboarding is quoted separately.
- A rival vendor claims GrowthZone charges more if you use a payment gateway other than GZ Pay. Ask GrowthZone directly.
- Ask for a written proposal covering per-user, per-member and per-transaction charges, the questions GrowthZone's own buyer's workbook recommends.
The short version: Hiveway for Chambers is $299 a month, flat, month to month. (ChamberMaster starts at $3,900 a year, before a website) It's in its founding season: we're building it now with our first chamber.
