Visit Widget and Hiveway get compared because both talk about trip planning and AI, but they do different jobs. Visit Widget sits on top of the website you already have: it reads your listings and events from your CMS or CRM and turns them into an itinerary builder, branded iOS and Android apps, way-finding kiosks, digital passports and Via, a chatbot that answers visitors' questions.
Hiveway is the visitor website and the system behind it: places, events with public submissions, partner listings, the newsletter and the reports. A tourism office could use both.

What you'd actually pay
The honest math.
Visit Widget lists its plans and features but not their prices; the setup fee depends on which CMS or CRM holds your listings and whether it has an API. Service fees start at launch or within 90 days of kickoff, billed monthly, quarterly, twice a year or yearly.
Hiveway for Destinations is $999 a month, about $12,000 a year, everything included. Because Visit Widget reads listings from your platform, the two can work together if you want an app as well.

Is Visit Widget a website builder?
No. Visit Widget adds a trip planner, apps, kiosks and a chatbot to your existing site, using listings and events from the CMS or CRM you already have.
How much does Visit Widget cost?
Its plans don't show prices. Its FAQ says the one-time setup fee depends on your CMS or CRM, so ask for an estimate with your platform named.
Could we use Visit Widget with Hiveway?
Possibly. Visit Widget reads listings and events from a destination's platform, and Hiveway publishes them as structured data. We'd want to confirm the details with you before promising it.
Does Hiveway have a chatbot?
No. We make every page readable by the AI tools visitors already plan with, which is a different job from a chatbot on your own site.
