CompareHead to head
WildApricot vs MembershipWorks
These are the two inexpensive, published-price options small chambers compare most. Both are built for membership groups of every kind, both have no setup fee, and both let you start small.
Option AChoose WildApricot if
You want the website built inside the same tool and you'll use its payment service.
- You don't have a website, or want to replace it inside the membership tool.
- You're happy with Personify Payments.
Option BChoose MembershipWorks if
You already have a website you like and want the lowest price with no payment penalty.
- Your chamber already has a good website, WordPress included.
- You want to use Stripe or PayPal without a fee from the software.
- You want phone support.
They differ on three things that matter at a chamber: how they count the people in your database, what happens if you use your own payment processor, and whether the website lives inside them or beside them.
Side by side.

The third option
If what you want is a price you can read.
Both leave the website work to your staff, one inside the tool and one beside it. If nobody has time to build and keep up the site, there's an option that does that part for you.
Hiveway for Chambers is $299 a month, flat for any size, month to month, with a WordPress website we build and host, the move off your old system, and dues and tickets paid into your own Stripe account with no cut. Every member is a real page on your own domain that search engines and AI can read. Founding season: we're building Hiveway now with our first chamber, and taking applications from founding chambers and destinations.

Neither takes a per-transaction fee of its own, but WildApricot adds 20% to your plan if you use an outside processor in the US or Canada.
